Items to note on your invitation:
R.S.V.P. – Ticket Form
· The “Tuition Opportunity” raffle is open to any parent who has a child at Carden Academy, even if you do not plan to attend the Dinner Dance. Raffle tickets can be purchased using this form, or at the Carden Office.
· You have the opportunity to contribute any amount towards Staff & Faculty tickets.
· You may make a monetary donation towards the fundraising even if you cannot attend.
· Each purchased ticket will come with $100 of “casino money” chips to get you started.
(Note: “casino money” chips can only be redeemed for casino prizes or raffle drawings).
Sponsorship Opportunities & Table Reservations Form
· Please write in your name & dinner entrée preference (beef, fish, vegetarian) on the bottom of the form.
· You or your business can underwrite some of the event costs, and will be recognized in the event program.
· Make your own party at your table – High Roller or Lady Luck tables: Purchase an entire table (10 seats) with friends
& family, and get additional chips with your table.
*** Note: There are only 9 tables left, so please do not wait and be disappointed. ***
