Summer School. Students entering Carden Academy above the level of Junior Primary (Kindergarten) will be required to attend our Summer School program. (Some exceptions may be made for students transferring from other Carden schools.) The foundation laid in Summer School is a vital part of their future success at Carden Academy because it helps to build a careful, solid grounding in the Carden Method. Students are, thus, prepared for successful school entry in the fall.

Entering First or Second Grade	July 23 through August 17, 8:30 to Noon daily $600
Entering Third or Fourth Grade	July 9 through August 17, 8:30 to Noon daily $700
Entering Fifth through Seventh Grade	July 9 through August 17, 8:30 to Noon daily $800

Skills Review. Students who may benefit from additional practice or who are at risk of not meeting grade-level standards will be referred to a summer Skills Review program. Parents will be contacted as necessary in the event that a summer Skills Review becomes necessary. The length and type of Skills Review will vary with the individual student.
